Blake Lively could care less that it’s the middle of December and she’s in New York—if she wants to wear a ridiculously short dress…she will. The 25-year-old newlywed actress proved that when she hit the red carpet last night for “12-12-12″ The Concert for Sandy Relief. The master-blaster five hour long concert—with performances by Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Alicia Keys and more, was held at Madison Square Garden to aid the victims of the the destructive hurricane, which hit the Northeast in late October, by benefiting The Robin Hood Relief Fund.

The “Gossip Girl” actress slipped into a short sleeve red leather mini dress by Isabel Marant which featured scattered silver beaded embroidery in a pretty western motif.  This dress comes from the designer’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection. I mean, it may be cold outside but I can’t deny that Blake rocked the dress. Come on now, you know she did.

Blake wore her long blonde curls partially gathered before completing her concert look with Lorraine Schwartz embellished jewelry and a nude pair of caged platform “Coussin” ankle boots by Christian Louboutin. These were an interesting choice—I’m not sure if they were the best option, but they were cool and didn’t hurt her look.
